We serve clergy wives* who, though not defined only in relation to their husband’s occupation, also sense a call to ministry themselves.  Some of our clergy wives are professional clergy.  Others serve informally in the church or other ministry contexts.  Still others are trying to discern what a ministry partnership looks like for them.  All in our program love Jesus and want to grow in his likeness.

Whether you have children or not, work outside the home or not, serve at a church in the United States or abroad, are brand new to ministry or are approaching retirement, you matter and you are welcome!

The Clergy Wives Collective is a 3 quarter (fall, winter, spring) renewable program offering:

• weekly (live & recorded) large group sessions:  rotating teaching, coaching & spiritual formation opportunities connected to monthly theme
• weekly (live) small group cohorts:  meetings with a handful of other clergy wives matched to you (same group throughout program)

There are two program elements each week for maximum transformation, one is large group (teaching, coaching, spiritual formation) and the other is small group (cohorts).  Cohort participants submit a form (sent after registration) to be matched with their group and attend a weekly group meeting scheduled based on majority availability.

Topics are practical and relevant to ministry life -- we'll cover thriving in your calling, balancing family and church family needs, making and keeping strong friendships, tending your own faith journey, and much more!

This next round of the Collective will begin in September 2025.

Optional, limited-capacity Clergy Wives Collective retreat opportunities may also be made available for additional cost.

This quarterly program is structured around themes of deepening connection with God, self, and others and is offered in easy-to-access components available live or via recording.  Those also participating in a small group cohort attend a live 90 min cohort meeting once a week (scheduled based on majority availability).  Those not participating in a cohort have no attendance requirements.  All non-cohort elements (teaching, coaching, spiritual formation offerings, etc.) average between 60-90 minutes and are recorded and available to watch on demand for the duration of the program.

This next round of the Collective begins in September 2025.

The Clergy Wives Collective is a quarterly membership which includes teaching, coaching, spiritual formation support as well as a guided group experience.  Participants can either pay $397 for each of the three quarters (fall, winter, spring) or a one time payment of $997 for a significant savings.  The CWC does not meet in December, July, or August.

An optional, limited-capacity Clergy Wives Collective retreat may also be made available for additional cost.

The Clergy Wives Collective is not affiliated with any particular denomination.  We align theologically with the Apostle's Creed and believe in the inspiration of Scripture.  The women in CWC represent a variety of church backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives and we LOVE it that way!
